After Usyk vs. Fury legendary fight he became the world’s undisputed heavyweight champion unifying the WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO titles.
Just a month later, the Ukranian boxer lost his IBF belt as he declined to defend it. Oleksandr Usyk rejected the mandatory fight from the International Boxing Federation. Thus, the current world heavyweight champion by IBF is Daniel Dubois.
For now, three belts and the lineal heavyweight champion title will be contested during the Usik-Fury rematch. The re-fight will take place in Riyadh on December 21, 2024.
