Oleksandr Usyk arrived with his team in Riyadh

Impatience increases as we all are at the final stretch before the Usyk vs. Fury 2. The Ukrainian boxer has already arrived in Riyadh to prepare and acclimatize. A few days before, Serhiy Lapin, Usyk’s coach, announced that the boxer had completed his training.

The fans in the Airport of Riyadh welcomed them with hundreds of Ukrainian flags and warm greetings. The champ thanked his fans before sitting in the car. 

All of the Ukrainian team members, including Oleksandr himself, wore matching purple suits. The suits had references to Ukraine’s army, Usyk’s Crimea-born homeland, and his professional boxing career.

Reminder: The bout will take place on December 21 at Kingdom Arena, Riyadh.
